This study completed in June 2006 for Thenew H.A focused on developing a range of Hostel and new build housing options for a site overlooking Glasgow Green. This options appraisal exercise was to inform negotiations at the acquisition stage, with the study focusing on:

• conversion of existing building to Hostel.
• conversion of existing building to social rented housing.
• new build Hostel (adjacent to existing building)
• options for the overall development of the whole street block for mixed tenure housing with some continuing commercial use.
