Further to the completion of a feasibility study undertaken for Parkhead HA to look at options for a new office & housing on a site adjacent to their existing office, MAST were appointed to develop detailed housing proposals.

The project comprises 16 no. flats over 4 storeys in two blocks, adopting timber frame construction with traditionally built closes. External materials include facing brick, render and cladding panels.

The blocks are orientated to address the street frontages creating a secure central landscaped courtyard with integrated parking.
