MAST are working in partnership with the West Lothian Strategic Alliance which brings together the four social landlords in West Lothian. The Alliance shares a commitment to focusing its efforts in tackling the needs of the local community particularly in the provision of high quality social rented housing. The Alliance partners are Almond Housing Association, Horizon Housing Partnership, Welco Housing Management and the West Lothian Housing Partnership.

The project involves the development of c 220 dwellings over 9 sites that vary in size and character. A number of sites include purpose built wheelchair accommodation with ensuite bathrooms and tracking hoists.

Works started on site in Summer 2007 with the aim of achieving completion by 2009.
