Our experience ranges from small scale interior fit outs to multi million pound projects, many of which are for Housing Association / RSL clients and designed to reflect a corporate image.

Like all of our buildings, our approach to office design has sustainable design at its heart providing healthy and welcoming environments for people to work in, enhancing wellbeing.

To this end, our designs are benchmarked against BREEAM ratings and seek to maximise natural daylight and passive ventilation whilst providing flexibility of use through cellular / open plan offices.

In addition, we aim to address:

• Solar shading
• Thermal mass
• Heating & cooling
• Integrated building management system / I.T provision
• Undertake space planning exercises to respond to integrated furniture requirements
• Participate in staff workshops to establish and / or develop the brief identifying end user requirements and room relationships
• Undertake access audits to ensure where possible designs meet the requirements of the DDA

We have recently appointed a graduate interior designer to work with us on office and interior projects.
