MAST have worked with Cruden Estates to develop a number of mixed tenure and housing for sale sites. Projects have included 28 units for social rent & 18 for sale in Castlemilk and more recently 50 units for sale in the Mill of Haldane.

We have also prepared a number housing for sale bid submissions for Cruden Estates to include housing proposals for sites at Aurs Road in Barrhead and Standburn Road in Wishaw.
