MAST has a policy of employing architectural
assistants from the best schools of architecture,
while the technical team is supported by the
administration team lead by the practice secretary
with over 15 years experience. Total staff of 18.
The practice operates in a team format with each
Partner responsible for a particular team with the
size of the team dependant on the size of the
project. Partner continuity is carried through from
inception to completion ensuring that an
identifiable and known point of contact is
available.
